Ah haha, I also took a self improvement class once. It was helpful, but I had mixed feelings about it, and it was quite a journey indeed. Thanks for sharing about your experience with that!

Just rememember that personal development only works for people who develop themselves. A class or course will do nothing for you unless you practically apply its teachings.
